E-Sign Consent

This disclosure explains your consent to conduct business electronically with Puget Sound Exterior Pros and your matched contractor partner (identified on the confirmation screen after you submit), and the consent to be contacted that you provide when you submit an estimate request. It is referenced by the consent checkbox on our estimate form.

Consent to electronic records

Under the federal E-SIGN Act, you consent to receive communications, disclosures, and records related to your request electronically — by email, text message, and on this website — rather than on paper. Your consent applies to all records related to your estimate request and any resulting communications.

Consent to be contacted

By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you authorize Puget Sound Exterior Pros and your matched contractor partner (identified on the confirmation screen) to contact you by phone call and text message — including autodialed and prerecorded or automated messages — at the number you provide, about your roofing project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Opting out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Outbound text messages are sent only during daytime hours (8:00–20:00 America/Los_Angeles).

Hardware and software you'll need

To receive and keep electronic records you need a device with internet or mobile-network access, a current web browser, an email account, and — for text messages — a text-capable mobile phone. You should be able to save or print records you wish to keep.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic records or to being contacted at any time. Replying STOP withdraws consent for text messages; to withdraw other consent, contact us at [contact email — pending, attorney review]. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process your estimate request.
